covid-19 update

standard shipping times may not currently apply due to covid-19 postal service delays. we aim to despatch all products as quickly as possible and all orders are tracked with shipping carriers.

all orders shipping internationally are now £8.75 due to royal mail increasing shipping costs due to covid-19 and the lack of air passenger flights. they are now using air freight, which is considerably more expensive.

this will continue to be monitored and pricing reviewed in the near future.

all prices include packaging.

all uk orders £18.01 and over are shipped via the royal mail special delivery guaranteed service. this service is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. orders £18 and under are shipped via royal mail 1st class delivery and are not tracked.

orders over £60: free

domestic shipping usually takes up to 2 working days.

 

international shipping

international orders are shipped via the royal mail tracked and signed for delivery service. this service offers end to end tracking and requires a signature on delivery.

orders over £100: free

international shipping usually takes 5-7 working days for europe and 7-14 working days for worldwide delivery.

international orders may experience delays caused by customs. these notifications can be accessed through the tracking number provided in your final confirmation email. 

EU & NI shipping: due to the EU’s new GPSR legislation we can no longer ship to the European Union & Northern Ireland.

import & duties

international orders may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees, all of which are the full responsibility of the recipient. these fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs. please check your local tariffs.

 

returns

all unused full-priced merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. items must be returned to us in original condition in order to receive credit.

please be advised that any customised orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange of any kind.

items purchased via temporary promotion - unless otherwise indicated, any items that are purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

sale/markdown items - unless otherwise indicated, any items that are marked down and on sale may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

sample sale - unless otherwise indicated, any items that are purchased during a sample sale are final sale and not eligible for store credit or exchanges of any kind. 

shipping rates - please note that all shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit please do the following:

  • please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to notify us you wish to return the product. please state the reason for your return. after 14 days of receipt returns are not permitted. 
  • all returned products are the customers responsibility until back in our possession. this means return postage is the customers responsibility and covered by you. we recommend you use an insured, signed for/tracked delivery service to ensure the product does not get lost. any lost items are the customers responsibility. products must be returned to our UK shipping address which will be provided.
  • please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging. 

as we are a very small company, please be advised that if we feel the item has not been returned in the same state that the item was sent out in, we will not be able to provide exchange or store credit. if you have stated the product was faulty, please photograph the product on receipt and we will inspect this once sent back to us. if we do not agree that there is a fault, we will not be able to provide an exchange or store credit for this item and we will send the item back to you at your cost. postage will also need to be paid for again to receive your exchanged item if not caused due to fault.
